Privacy and Data Collection Eford Group International is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties. We collect information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information such as credit card. Our information practices are further described in its Privacy and Security Policy.
Cancellation Made Within 30 Days or less Prior to Departure Date – No Refunds 31 Days – 50 Days to Departure – 50% of total purchase can be refunded minus any airline cancellation fee and deposit 51 – 70 Days to Departure – 75% of total purchase can be refunded minus any airline cancellation fee and deposit. 71 days or more to Departure – 100% of total purchase minus $100 cancellation fee and deposit. The deposit of $150 is non-refundable.
How to Cancel a Reservation We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with us, without putting your request in writing will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. We will NOT accept email cancellations unless they have a complete, signed, and attached Cancellation Form. • Cancellation must be made by filling out and signing the Eford Group International Cancellation Request Form. Why and when do we request supporting documentation from you? Eford Group International takes every precaution to protect your security. In order to continue to provide you with our lowest possible price and protect you against credit card fraud, we require the following documentation if one of the following applies to your purchase. Failure to provide the required verification documents for a reservation will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation with cancellation fees incurred based on the cancellation date: • Credit card holder is NOT one of the guests who will join the tour • Your billing address CANNOT be verified by our system • Credit card transaction amount is more than $4,000.00
What supporting documentation is required? 1. A photocopy of the credit card holder's photo ID (valid photo ID includes US-issued Driver's License or US-issued Photo ID or National Passport with signature page) 2. A filled-out and dated Credit Card Holder Verification Form signed by the credit card holder. 3.
